Sometimes I just need a break from lifting heavy things and get back into a cardio rhythm. Today I put together this little burner that made me question why I thought it was a good idea.. kidding! (Kind of). It was a great little workout to get my heart rate up and stay moving consistently thorughout the entire workout!
If you don’t have a rower at home (or you don’t have access to a gym), you can sub the rowing for biking or running!
Comment below once you complete it and let me know your thoughts!
Need equipment for home workouts? You can buy a Rogue Jump Rope here, or a similar one here. A full set of kettle bells here, or just one here.
