Fact about me: I pretty much crave chocolate or something sweet every single day. I never used to be this way, but after being pregnant with Coop (like.. 9 years ago), I started craving sweets on the regular and it’s never gone away.
Another fun fact: it’s been brought to my attention that the internet hates recipe blogs that have a lot of “fluff” in the beginning. So basically none of you care that I crave chocolate, you just want to get to the freaking smoothie recipe.

Healthy Chocolate Banana Smoothie (with Peanut Butter)

What you’ll need to make your own healthy chocolate banana smoothie:
- 8 ounces unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1/2 frozen banana
- A lil more ice
What you’ll do:
- Mix all ingredients together and blend until you reach your desired consistency.
- Enjoy!
Macro Information: carbs: 15.6g, fats: 10.6g, protein: 34g, cals 280
Tip: if you’re already close to being over on your fat grams and want to cut back a bit, you can use something like a peanut butter powder instead of the actual peanut butter.
