Who else gets excited for pumpkin spiced everything this time of year?! Okay.. if I’m being honest, I love peppermint mocha season MORE. But.. PSLs are definitely a great reminder that fall most certainly is my favorite time of year.
If you haven’t yet tried a PSL I really don’t know what you’re waiting for. If you’re worried about adding on the extra sugar and calories that some of these magical drinks come with, you can still have your latte and drink it, too. I’m sharing two of my favorite fall-inspired drinks that you HAVE to add to your Starbucks order this week!
Two Macro Friendly Starbucks Drinks Worth Ordering
Iced Pumpkin Chai
How to order:
- Grande iced chai tea latte
- 1/2 pump of pumpkin sauce
- 1 pump of chai concentrate
- Sub almond milk
*Add stevia if you want it to be sweeter!
Macros: 110 calories, 17g carbs, 3g fat, 2g protein, 30mg caffeine
One thing I did discover after trying this AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS beverage is that apparently the pumpkin sauce from Starbucks does contain dairy. Having said that, amazingly it didn’t hurt my stomach at all, so I still question that insider info. However, if you are someone who needs to avoid dairy, then you have to try my all-time favorite drink perfect for ANY time of year:
Dirty Chai Tea Latte
How to order:
- Grande hot or iced chai tea latte (I love it iced)
- Sub almond milk
- One pump of chai only
- Two pups of sugar free vanilla syrup
- One shot of blonde espresso
Macros: 80 calories, 10g carbs, 3g fat, 1g protein, 100mg caffeine
