One of my absolute favorite things in the entire world is getting to show off my friends. This lady is no exception. I met Diana through my son’s baseball team; our kiddos hit it off and formed a fast friendship, and I’m blessed to say the same thing for us moms.
Diana is not only sweet and incredibly funny, but she has the best style out of anyone I know. Want to see a wardrobe worth envying? She’s got it. In every color 😉
Diana started training with me in February of this year at 1031 Fitness, right before the world shut down. While most people used the pandemic as an excuse to fall back into old behaviors, Diana used it as her driving force to keep pushing forward. She joined my Truly Simply Healthy app, and started following the workouts at home. She’s lost 27 pounds and continues to look even more amazing each and every time I see her. While I’d love to take credit for her transformation, the truth is SHE has been the one putting in the effort every single day, and I couldn’t be more proud of the progress she’s had and I know will continue to have.
I’ve been asking her if I could show off her photos for awhile, and I finally got this gorgeous lady to agree. I also asked her to tell me a little bit about her journey to hopefully inspire you 🙂
What motivated you to make a lifestyle change?
“I wanted to have more energy, and to feel healthier. I also wanted to feel confident and know that I look great when I dress up. I know it sounds simple, but this is what truly motivated me.”
What advice would you give others who want to start implementing a new diet or nutrition regimen?
“My advice to others is to believe in yourself, and start TODAY.”
