Truth be told, my iTunes library needs a little updating. But, I’ve recently revamped by music playlist to include a few more “current” favorites (with a couple old goodies thrown in for good measure). This workout playlist is what’s been keeping me motivated lately during my lifts and high intensity at-home workouts!
Music to Sweat to (my current workout playlist)
- Hot Shower (feat. MadeinTYO & DaBaby): Chance the Rapper
- FRANCHISE (feat. Young Thug & M.I.A.): Travis Scott
- Stunnin’ (feat. Harm Franklin): Curtis Waters
- Fight for Me (feat. Lecrae): GAWVI
- Come With Me Now: KONGOS
- Die For Me (feat. Future & Halsey): Post Malone
- Wow.: Post Malone
- Hysteria: Muse
- Fader: The Temper Trap
- Que Tire Pa Lance: Daddy Yankee
My taste in music is pretty eclectic, and it’s not uncommon for me to cycle through rap, old school rock, country, or even gospel in the span of one workout. And of course, Taylor Swift is always a classic in my book. Even her new albums which are definitely not what comes to mind when I think about upbeat motivational lifting music, ha!
If you have a current playlist you’re loving, please send it my way! Or tag me on instagram and we can swap favorite songs!
