Sometimes I just need a break from lifting heavy things and I like to get back into a cardio rhythm. I put together this little rowing machine workout for weight loss that made me question why I thought it was a good idea.. kidding! (Kind of). It was a great workout that kept my heart rate up and kept me moving consistently for the entire workout.
If you don’t have a rower at home (or you don’t have access to a gym), you can sub the rowing for biking or running! Basically any cardio move that will get you sweating 😉
