When I first started trying to lose weight, I was CLUELESS. But more than feeling lost, I was intimidated. I had NO idea where to begin, what to do, how to see results, or how to make them stick. And above that, I kind of felt like it was a waste of time. I didn’t grow up thin; I wasn’t an athlete. I thought that meant my genes were working against me and that it was “too late.” Looking back, I WISH I would have had an accountability group to turn to. How long are the workouts?
Most workouts are going to be between 20-45 minutes on average. There may be some that are slightly shorter, and some days that are slightly longer.
Is the app available for Apple and Android?
Yep! The app is available for download on both iOS and Android devices. You'll get an invitation to download the app once you sign up!
Do I have to pay extra or sign up for any of the challenges?
Once you're a member of the bootcamp, you automatically get to participate in any bootcamp challenges.
Will you calculate my macros or help with nutrition?
There are add-on services available within the app if you want customized macro calculations, recalculations, or nutrition coaching. These are separate from the monthly subscription fee, but can be added to your account at any time.
What equipment is needed?
The only equipment absolutely needed is a set of dumbbells. There may occasionally be workouts that call for kettlebells or bands, but there will always be modification options available if you don't have those. The majority of the workouts are going to be bodyweight or focused on dumbbells.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can log into the app from a desktop at any time and cancel from your account page.
